Ledargymmet* was founded on a desire to contribute to a more sustainable world by creating a training arena for “leadership muscles”. To work towards the UN’s 17 sustainability goals, leadership is needed at all levels.
The training at Ledargymmet takes place both onlive (online and live) and on site, and we co-create the sessions together with clients, organizations, co-trainers and with you who train at the gym. We use the Inner Development Goals as a framework for the different trainings, to ensure the close connection to UN’s sustainability goals and to science.
Our Beliefs:
- the world needs leadership to become more sustainable
- leadership is an approach, not a job role or a box in a hierarchy
- leadership is like a muscle that needs exercise on a regular basis
- we need to train in a safe space, where it is ok to make mistakes, be uncertain and to not know – without any dire consequences
- training is more fun when we do it together!

Ledargymmet is a training arena for leadership and self-leadership where you and your organization, together with us, build a tailor-made training program – Inhousegym – where you have the opportunity to grow as individuals, as a team and as an organization. Our training programs are built to give you the best conditions to create sustainable and long-term change in your organization together.
Ledargymmet wants to build an ecosystem of generous people who want to be trainers in our training programs. To create sustainability globally, we need a diversity of perspectives and people in the ecosystem. All our training is based on the Inner Development Goals and the UN’s 17 sustainability goals and takes place onlive (online and live) with personal trainers, training workbook, individual exercise library and many fun Boot Camps.
