Ledargymmet was founded on a desire to contribute to a sustainable world by creating a training arena for leadership. We want to build an ecosystem of curious and generous people where we collectively build sustainability and leadership skills, with a genuine desire to pay-it-forward.
We want to co-create this ecosystem together with individuals and companies who share our values and our desire to contribute to a more sustainable world. Our vision is a network of enthusiasts, coaches and partners all over the world, where we daily train, grow, pay-it-forward and contribute to more thriving people, organisations and the world.
The training at Ledargymmet takes place both onlive (online and live) and on site, and we co-create the sessions together with clients, organizations, co-trainers and with you who train at the gym. We use the Inner Development Goals as a framework for the different trainings, to ensure the close connection to UN’s sustainability goals and to science.
Our Beliefs:
- the world needs leadership to become more sustainable
- leadership is an approach, not a job role or a box in a hierarchy
- leadership is like a muscle that needs exercise on a regular basis
- we need to train in a safe space, where it is ok to make mistakes, be uncertain and to not know – without any dire consequences
- training is more fun when we do it together!
